Free Shipping:
We currently offer a FREE shipping option on all orders within the United States or international orders.
Regarding our free shipping option, there are no guarantees on the timeline of the shipment.
Free shipping does NOT mean the shipping methods of all the items are the same, please refer to the product detail page of each item to know what shipment method it will use and how long it will take.
Order Processing:
In most cases, orders of the normal items will ship within 1-3 days of placing your order. If you place your order over the weekend (Friday through Sunday), please allow extra time to process your order. This estimate does not include the actual shipping time, which is listed on the product description page.
The product includes: all pre-printed mylar bags (3.5 gram mylar bags, 7 gram mylar bags, die cut mylar bags).

The customized items NEED production time to complete them, we need time to print your design on them, the production time of different customized items vary, please refer to the product detail page of each item.
We do our very best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Our shipping schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as sales events and the holiday season.
Please allow extra time to process your order when meeting Chinese holidays or festivals.

1, Normal items
Free shipping takes 8-12 days, we will use YunExpress.
If you would like to receive your order faster than the free delivery method offered, you may choose multiple orders, if the total cart amount is more than $80, we will update the shipping to fast air shipping (FedEx, UPS, DHL) automatically, in this way it takes 4-8 days.
2, Customized items
Free shipping takes 4-8 days, we will use fast air shipping (FedEx, UPS, DHL).
For wholesale orders, we can still provide other options like boat shipping, please contact us for more information.
Delivery Time:
Once your order is processed for delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Back Orders:
In the unlikely event that a product in your order becomes unavailable, we will attempt to contact you for an alternative replacement item or may at our discretion remove the item from your order and issue a refund back to your credit card or other methods of payment.
